PAK CHOI is an easy microgreen and very fast growing (Harvest in 7 days). Distinct Asian taste (mixture of lettuce and spinach) Perfect as a garnish or an addition to salads, or to be served with meat or fish

Packed by weight, settling and separation may occur.

 

200 grams of PAK CHOI microgreens seed can cover up to 6-10 Professional Microgreens Trays (each measuring 50cm x 25cm)  if 20-30 grams are used per tray. You can of course increase the density of the seeds in the tray to your liking.
