Important Usage Guidelines

1. Always ensure complete submersion – never expose to air or bury in substrate.
2. To stop heating or remove, unplug and wait 15 minutes before handling or changing water.
3. Keep the external controller dry – it is not waterproof.
4. Install vertically or horizontally near water intake/outflow for best results (vertical saves space).
5. Use a wave maker or circulation pump to distribute heat evenly.
6. Clean the heating element regularly to maintain peak efficiency – remove any buildup.
