Perlite - 100 litre Bag
Perlite is a form of volcanic glass and off-white in colour. It is used as a soil lightener and also to allow for moisture retention and to add air to roots for better growth. Another application is for seed germination. Many people also use it as an aerator in their compost heaps.
Perlite is non-toxic.
Supplied in a 100 Litre bags. Also available in 10 Litre bags
PLEASE NOTE THAT VERMICULITE TENDS TO COMPACT WHEN PACKAGED SO IT WILL ALWAYS BE LESS THAN THE VOLUMETRIC MEASUREMENT SHOWN ON THE BAGS. Every 10l bag should weigh around 1Kg, or 10Kg per 100l bag. PLEASE NOTE HOWEVER THAT SHIPPING COSTS ARE CALCULATED ON VOLUMETRIC MASS (100l bag = 40Kg and 10l bag = 4Kg)
