Borage Azure Blue is an annual plant producing leaves that taste like cucumber and produces edible flowers. These flowers can be used in summery drinks, salads, sandwiches and desserts.



Borage flowers are very attractive to bees which makes them great to plant to increase pollination of neighbouring crops.

Growing Recommendations:
Sow seeds in early spring after threat of frost. Plant in full sun to ensure lots of flowers and strong stems.
Young leaves can be ground up and used in teas. Use vibrant blue flowers in summery drinks, salads, sandwiches and desserts. Borage seed oil is used is produced commercially for use in health supplements.
