Borage Azure Blue is an annual plant producing leaves that taste like cucumber and produces edible flowers. These flowers can be used in summery drinks, salads, sandwiches and desserts.

Borage flowers are very attractive to bees which makes them great to plant to increase pollination of neighbouring crops.

Growing Recommendations:

Historical Origins
 
Borage (Borago officinalis) is an annual herb of the family Boraginaceae.  Native to the Mediterranean, but now grown across the world today.  Borage flowers have medicinal and culinary applications. Today, the plant is grown commercially for it’s seed oil that is used in health supplements
