Onion Sprout & Microgreens Seeds -100 Grams
Onion makes for a delicious sprout or microgreen with a sweet and nutty flavour.
Perfect for use in salads, on sandwiches or stir-fry.
Note that Onion Sprout is a slow germination seed and can take up to 10-15 days before you can harvest. The leaves are like long thin micro-scallions when they are ready to be used.
When growing them as sprouts, rinse approximately 3 times a day.
100 grams of Bulls Blood seed can cover up to 3-4 Professional Microgreens Trays (each measuring 50cm x 25cm) if 25-30 grams are used per tray. You can of course increase the density of the seeds in the tray to your liking.
